Pipers Crest’s new premium reserve takes shape
News for Pipers Crest
Landscaping has been completed at Pipers Crest’s first premium reserve…
Work on Piper’s Crest million dollar premium reserve has been completed. This tranquil landscaped site on the banks of the River Angas boasts plenty of lush green lawn, a tennis court, BBQ facilities, a playground and a wildlife viewing deck.
The reserve offers Pipers Crest residents the perfect location for family gatherings, birthday parties, picnics and tennis days all within walking distance of Strathalbyn’s town centre.
South Australian landscape architects and designers Outerspace have brought LANSER Communities’ vision to life using premium local materials. With bespoke bluestone street furniture and terraced lawns, the reserve interfaces with the Angas River and the local countryside providing strong connections to the site’s heritage and natural assets.
Lanser Communities Managing Director, Jason Green says “Residents will be able to enjoy the Angas River which will be opened up by walking trails perfect for exercise, relaxation and bike rides, or as a leisurely stroll from Pipers Crest into the town centre of Strathalbyn.”

Block prices range from $134,500-$195,000 and vary in size from 518sqm to 971sqm. A land sales hut is also now open at Pipers Crest with an agent on site 2-4pm on Sundays.
