Jason Green – Managing Director  

With over 14 years experience in the industry as an urban planner and designer, Jason came to LANSER Communities after working for Planning SA and Delfin. His career highlights include initiating and implementing the State Government's Places for People urban design initiative, becoming a Director at LANSER, and participating in a recent Transit Oriented Development tour of the United States and Europe.

With a BA in Planning and a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from Uni SA, Jason was born in Adelaide, attended Blackwood High School and has been married for ten years with two children. Jason is a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA) Inc and the Property Council of South Australia, and his hopes for the future of the industry are that the government's 30 year plan is readily implemented such that housing supply can keep pace with demand. In his spare time Jason enjoys South Australia's great beaches and trains for the Ironman Triathlon.



Robert Brooks – Director


An experienced project manager, Rob has been involved in the industry for 22 years having previously been employed in both the private and public service in land surveying and senior management. With a wealth of experience and education under his belt - including a post-graduate degree in Property Development from Uni SA alongside several surveying, land broking and sales qualifications – Rob and his fellow directors formed LANSER Communities in 1999 with the objective of building a niche project management and development company to create communities that add value to the lifestyles of new residents as well as affordability for new home owners.

Rob's expertise at LANSER revolves around acquisitions, project management, liaising with clients and supervising sales and marketing projects. Born in Toorak Gardens and educated at Campbelltown High School and the Institute of Technology, he is on the committee and a Fellow of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA) Inc and the Housing Industry Association, and a member of the Property Council of South Australia. Married with two children and four grandchildren, Rob also enjoys fishing and home renovation.





Panto Zecevich – Director


With over 45 years industry experience, Panto helped launch LANSER Communities in 1999 after being part of a successful real estate partnership – operating both as Kain and Zecevich and Carey, Kain and Zecevich - which sold, built and developed over 8,600 homes, established homes and blocks of land in South Australia over 27 years. Highly skilled in identifying and negotiating potential developments, Panto is passionate about building communities that deliver the highest satisfaction for the developers and purchasers alike.

Born in Montenegro and educated at Adelaide Boys High School, he has been a member of the Australian Real Estate Institute for 38 years and also holds a Manager's Real Estate Certificate and a General Builders Licence. Married for 43 years with three children and three grandsons, Panto is proud to have also been friends with his fellow LANSER directors Terry Webber for 50 years, and Ross Musolino for over 30 years. In his spare time Panto enjoys following the AFL and breeding thoroughbred horses on his farm “Milina” in Mount Barker.




Terry Webber – Director


Terry helped found LANSER Communities along with his fellow directors in 1999 after a career in aviation prior to owning and managing a successful private investment business. With over 20 years experience in the industry, his expertise lies in acquisitions and contract negotiations, and Terry's favourite part of his role as director is the pleasure he gets from the feedback of satisfied residents of communities LANSER has built from scratch.

Educated at Adelaide Boys High School, Terry loves the convenience, accessibility and sense of community that Adelaide has to offer and hopes that the state continues to grow and prosper whilst striving for the very best economic and environmentally sustainable development possible. He has been married for 41 years, has two daughters and two grand-daughters, and is a keen golfer and fisherman.






Ross Musolino – Director


As a Chartered Accountant Ross deals with all of LANSER Communities' finance, accounting and tax requirements. Prior to founding LANSER in 1999, Ross worked in public practice in Adelaide and has been a principal of his own practice since 1986. He has over 20 years experience working with the accounting and finance aspects for retirement villages and land subdivisions, and his favourite part of the job is providing quality communities around South Australia for people to live and work.

Born in Adelaide and educated at Campbelltown High School and the SA Institute of Technology (now Uni SA), Ross is also a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA) Inc, the Institute of Chartered Accountants and he is also a Certified Practising Accountant. Married for 34 years, Ross has two daughters and a grandson and his hobbies include skiing, photography and golf.










Shaun Bowden – Director


As one of LANSER Communities' Directors, Shaun is responsible for assessing new project opportunities and managing our civil and landscaping design through to construction. With seven years experience in the industry, Shaun's work as an engineer and senior project manager won him the Stuart Main Award for Young Professional of the Year in 2006 from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA) Inc, and one of the highlights of his career has been managing LANSER Communities' Freeling Estate development.

Born in Adelaide and educated at Christian Brothers College, Shaun holds a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Adelaide, and is a member of UDIA as well as  the Housing Industry Association and the Property Council of South Australia. Married for six years with a daughter, he also enjoys playing golf and tennis as well as football for the Christian Brothers College Old Scholars in the amateur league.





Anthony Andolfatto – Development Manager


An experienced project manager, Anthony has been involved in the industry for 10 years having worked with some of Adelaide's most experienced development industry professionals. With a background in civil engineering, Anthony has project managed numerous award-winning developments from small and medium density sites to master-planned residential estates.

With a passion for delivering innovative engineering and urban design solutions, Anthony was educated at the Christian Brothers College and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of South Australia. Born in Adelaide, Anthony is engaged and loves the city's unique range of music, arts, food and wine festivals. In his spare time he enjoys playing football with the Christian Brothers College Old Scholars in the amateur league and restoring his vintage Alfa Romeo.






Rachael Mazurczak – Project Administrator


With over five years experience in the development industry, Rachael is an expert administrator with a focus on marketing and project administration. An avid multi-tasker, Rachael manages the hands-on maintenance of LANSER's project deliveries, contract executions and advertising campaigns, and as our in-house social networking guru Rachael is also responsible for engaging our communities with relevant digital media conversations to better understand the needs and wants of our customers.

Born in Nowra, NSW, and educated in Adelaide at Cardijn College, Rachael has studied at the Real Estate Institute of South Australia and also holds advanced certificates in accounting, office administration and marketing. Married with two children, her hobbies include entertaining, cheering on Mark Webber in the Formula One, and working her way through all of Adelaide's playgrounds with her children. Rachael is passionate about environmentally sustainable design as well as South Australia's premier beaches, chocolates, wine and fresh produce.


Claire Brock – Receptionist and Administrative Assistant 

An experienced administrative assistant and receptionist, Claire is in charge of LANSER's busy front desk, incoming enquiries, encumbrance approvals and general office management. After studying interior architecture and design, Claire worked in customer service as a medical receptionist before joining the LANSER team.

Passionate about architecture, home design and property investment, Claire went to Aberfoyle Park High School and loves South Australia's beautiful beaches and countryside. In her spare time she loves camping, cooking, keeping up with the latest home renovation shows and travelling.
