LANSER UNVEILS NEW CENTRAL RESERVE & LAKES AT VIRGINIA

Lanser is delighted to unveil detailed plans of its long-awaited Central Reserve & Lakes precinct at Virginia Grove, an exciting new space for the residents of this award-winning development and the Virginia community at large.

One of Lanser’s key values as a developer is to build healthy communities, and this space has been designed to inspire connection with the outdoors and active living for all ages and abilities.

The comprehensive plans for this new community green space include a skate park, soccer goals, pump track, fitness hub, play space, a flying fox, outdoor basketball key, bouldering log climb, picnic areas and BBQ facilities. This detailed design is integrated with the broader Virginia Grove masterplan to create one giant fitness loop. Once complete, Virginia Grove will have connected fitness trails and outdoor gym equipment designed to create multiple circuits for residents.

Located between Limerick Street and Juniper Boulevard – this new $2.5m precinct frames the future Central Lake at the heart of Virginia Grove and will provide amenity never previously available in the Virginia region. The first stage of the new reserve is set to commence construction early 2020.

Shaun Bowden, a Lanser Director announced “Lanser firmly believes in creating spaces that nurture our resident’s wellbeing, which is why we masterplan all our projects with healthy living in mind. ‘Green exercise’  – exercising outdoors in nature – has been proven to benefit mood and mental health. The design and various amenities in this new space at Virginia Grove reflect Lanser’s vision for the wellbeing of residents of all ages and we hope this space will bring people together as a focal point for family and community life.”

With a brand-new pub in town and Council committed to Main Street upgrades, Virginia is experiencing rapid growth driven by first home buyers. In March 2019 CoreLogic rated Virginia as the top performer for percentage price growth in Adelaide with a 31% price growth, followed by Summertown (29.9%) and Mylor (27.9%) in the Adelaide Hills.
