As excitement continues to grow around our newest community in Mount Barker, we’re delighted to announce that the **first land release at Clover Wood is now selling**.

Nestled just across the road from our award-winning Clover Park neighbourhood, Clover Wood has been designed as a **boutique address** that captures the very best of Adelaide Hills living — think tree-lined streets, open spaces, walking trails, and a genuine sense of connection to nature and community.

Created by the same team behind **Aston Hills** and **Clover Park**, this new release offers a **limited number of allotments** in a thoughtfully planned setting. Surrounded by the beauty of the Hills yet just minutes from the Mount Barker town centre, Clover Wood is the perfect balance between peaceful retreat and everyday convenience.

With only a small number of blocks available in this first release, demand is expected to be strong. Secure your piece of Clover Wood today and be part of a community that’s set to become something truly special.
