# The Delamere Release 2 Has Arrived at Clover Wood

We’re excited to announce the release of **Delamere Release 2** at Clover Wood.

 

This latest release introduces **five new allotments**, thoughtfully designed to suit a range of modern home designs and lifestyles. With **frontages starting from 10 metres wide** and allotment sizes ranging from **300m² to 568m²**, the Delamere Release 2 offers flexibility for first home buyers, growing families, and downsizers alike.
