Shaun Bowden, Managing Director of Lanser, said the award recognised the value of creating places that bring people together. > We're incredibly honoured to receive this recognition from the UDIA. The Central Lake & Reserve was always intended to be more than an open space. We wanted to create a place where people could get outdoors, spend time together and enjoy a genuine sense of community. The most rewarding part has been seeing residents make it their own. Whether it's an afternoon walk around the lake, children meeting at the skate park or families celebrating special occasions, the reserve has become a special part of daily life at Virginia Grove. Shaun Bowden, Managing Director - Lanser Delivered in partnership with WAX Design, Tonkin Consulting, GreenInc Landscaping and AR Contracting, this award-winning project has helped shape the identity of Virginia Grove and reinforce its reputation as one of northern Adelaide's leading masterplanned communities. For Lanser, the award is not only recognition of innovative development, but of the people who bring these spaces to life every day. [## Not sure where to start?
