Lanser launches new address in the North
Lanser has announced a new land release extending their offering of premium lots in Adelaide’s north. On the back of strong sales at Virginia Grove, the wholly owned South Australian business is launching Miravale – a new address in Angle Vale.

We recognise that modern homebuyers are diverse and we love to reflect that in our allotment mix,’ says Green.
‘Initially we have plans for 500 homes at Miravale, however that could be expanding and we’ve allocated 22 lots to a selection of SA’s best builders for our brand new display village. We’re also investigating the possibility of having a childcare centre and medical facility on site to further complement this location which is already within walking distance to shops, schools and ovals.’
