Exciting Progress at Clover Wood – Stage 1 Construction Update

There’s plenty happening on the ground at Clover Wood, with civil construction works progressing steadily as we prepare this exciting new community for its first residents.

The team has been hard at work, with bulk earthworks now nearing completion. This important stage sets the foundation for all future works, preparing each allotment and the road network for the next phase of development.

Meanwhile, retaining wall construction has commenced, helping to define the terraced contours of the land and take advantage of Clover Wood’s elevated position and beautiful outlooks.

In addition, sewer installation is now underway, bringing essential infrastructure one step closer to completion. Stormwater works are scheduled to commence in the coming weeks, marking another major milestone for this stage.

As each stage of construction unfolds, we’re getting closer to welcoming our first Clover Wood residents — and to seeing this thoughtfully designed community come to life.
