We may use third-party service providers to undertake identity verification, sanctions screening, politically exposed person (PEP) screening, fraud prevention, and other compliance checks on our behalf.


By engaging with us, you acknowledge that we may disclose your personal information to these providers and to relevant government authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where required or authorised by law.
 

Where required by law, we may retain records relating to identity verification and AML/CTF compliance for the statutory retention period. Certain records collected for AML/CTF compliance purposes may be retained for the period required by applicable law, even where an individual requests deletion of their personal information.
