A family-friendly location
A big thanks to Maddie, Daniel, and Charlie for sharing their experience with us. In the Range precinct at Aston Hills, they’ve found the perfect spot to raise their young family. With their block ready to build and the Summit Sport and Recreation Park right at their doorstep, they’ve found the perfect place to grow and play.
I grew up on a big block here in Mount Barker and we had so much open space, and I loved that growing up. I feel like we finally found the same feeling here for our own family at Aston Hills.
A lovely place to call home
Thank you to Hope for opening up her beautiful home and sharing her Miravale journey with us. From the sense of community to the convenient access to quality schools and the supportive online residents’ group — Hope loves being part of life at Miravale!
We visited Miravale and instantly fell in love. Even though it was still only new at the time, we knew straight away it will be such a beautiful, thriving area and we were set on making it our home. The team at Lanser have been incredibly friendly and welcoming, helpful and have gone above and beyond for us which we appreciate so much!

We drove down to Virginia Grove and immediately thought, this is it. This is where we're raising our kids.
