Exciting progress continues at The Vines Collection as both external and internal works move steadily ahead. Here's the latest construction news as we move closer to welcoming our new residents to Miravale:
External Works
- Alfresco roof capping and flashing are currently underway
- Alfresco tiling has now been completed
- Carport framing and roofing are complete
- Gas connection has been called up
- Landscaping and fencing are scheduled to commence soon
- Feature cladding now complete
Internal Works
- Stone benchtops have been installed throughout
- Floor and wall tiling in the bathrooms, ensuite, and laundry are complete
- Kitchen splashback tiling is complete
- Painting is progressing well across all homes
- Installation of built-in robes has commenced
- Shower screens are set to be installed soon
- Final plumbing and electrical works are on track for completion
