A family-friendly location
A big thank you to Jenna and Nam for sharing their Miravale journey with us! As a young family, they love being close to parks and play spaces, with the convenience of quick access to the Northern Connector. And with Jenna’s mum just around the corner, they’re making the most of local date nights at Sneaky’s!
I had a friend who told me about Miravale and told me to have a look. I came by myself first and looked through the display homes and I found one that made me think “my wife will like this!”. And oh my goodness, as soon as we got here, she was like WOW!

A big reason we chose to build again and chose Miravale to be our new home was because of our little two year old daughter Willow and our little twins on the way. We wanted somewhere we felt safe for them to grow up and a nice friendly community feel.

We absolutely love Sneaky’s restaurant just across the road for lunch or dinner so that’s definitely going to be somewhere we spend a lot of time!

We visited Miravale and instantly fell in love. Even though it was still only new at the time, we knew straight away it will be such a beautiful, thriving area and we were set on making it our home.
