A New Infrastructure Milestone at Miravale
We know that land releases have been on pause at Miravale over the last year due to delays in the delivery of essential wastewater infrastructure. Behind the scenes, we’ve been working closely with fellow South Australian developers and the State Government to deliver a private wastewater infrastructure solution for new homes at Miravale.
A brand new wastewater treatment plant has now been approved and is under construction – a major breakthrough that has unlocked our land release program at Miravale.
We're proud to have worked with fellow developers and the State Government to bring this private solution to life. This brand new sewer plant will ensure we can deliver on our promises and meet the region's demand for new homes.
Fast Facts on Our New Wastewater Treatment Facility
- The new sewer plant is privately funded, supported by the State Government and is fully licensed by ESCOSA (Essential Services Commission of South Australia).
- Construction is underway, with the facility expected to be fully operational by July 2025.
- The plant will create over 50 new jobs during construction – providing a boost to the local economy.
- There has been an investment of $12 million in this essential community infrastructure.
