A First Look at The Orchard

Last week, we welcomed builders from across Victoria for the official introduction of The Orchard, Officer, sharing our vision for what will become a thoughtfully designed new community in Melbourne's south-east.

The event was an opportunity to connect with the builders who will help bring The Orchard to market, exchange ideas and discuss how the needs of homebuyers continue to evolve. These early conversations are an important part of the journey, helping shape communities that respond to the way people want to live today.
