A New Connection is Underway at Virginia Grove

At Lanser, we’re excited to share that construction has now commenced on civil stages 20B, 21 and 22 in The Lakes precinct at Virginia Grove.

This milestone marks a significant step forward for this community — as it brings with it the long-anticipated new southern entrance to Virginia Grove. Once complete, Juniper Boulevard will stretch from our northern entrance at Sheedy Road, all the way through Virginia Grove to Old Port Wakefield Road — along what was formerly known as McEvoy Road.

As part of this upgrade, this southern stretch of McEvoy Road has now been officially renamed Juniper Boulevard to reflect its integration into our masterplanned community.

Importantly, this means a brand new entrance to Virginia Grove is now under construction — offering our community even more convenience and connectivity.

As we deliver this new entrance, our temporary access point via Leo Street from Old Port Wakefield Road will be closed. While our Display Village has now closed and our Sales Centre has been removed, we’re pleased to share that these final lots have now sold and are being prepared to welcome more new families to Virginia Grove.
