Construction Now Underway at Clover Wood

We’re thrilled to announce that civil construction is now officially underway at Clover Wood!

The first phase of earthworks has commenced on site — an exciting milestone that marks the beginning of real progress on the ground. This is where it all starts: preparing the land for roads, utilities, and the future homes that will make up this vibrant new address in the Adelaide Hills.

For our future residents, this means things are truly moving. With construction now underway, we’re on track for titles in February 2026, so you can move forward with confidence as your new home journey begins.
