Construction Update — The Vines Collection at Miravale

Exciting progress continues at The Vines Collection, with both internal and external works moving steadily ahead. Here’s the latest construction news as we move closer to welcoming our new residents:

Internal Works

  • Final painting completed in six homes
  • 2nd fix carpentry defects rectified
  • Quads installed around eaves and alfresco ceilings
  • Alfresco ceiling paintwork completed
  • 2nd fix plumbing fully completed (shower screens, toilets, basins, mirrors etc installed)
  • Built-in robe installation completed
  • Stair handrails installed
  • Flooring installation underway
  • Final paint touch-ups to be completed

External Works

  • Carport concreting complete
  • Paving works have commenced
  • Fencing works have commenced
  • Garage doors to be installed for all 12 dwellings
  • Final external paint touch ups
