What's on offer
Onkaparinga Heights will offer something for everyone. The development will include a diverse mix of housing types — from generous family blocks to courtyard homes, villas and townhouses — designed to suit a wide range of buyers and budgets.
Some of the things we're planning to deliver include:
- A minimum 20 per cent affordable housing allocation, sold through HomeSeekerSA
- A rebate of up to $7,500 for veterans, emergency services personnel and other essential workers entering the housing market
- Childcare, limited retail and hospitality within the development to support everyday life
- Extensive public open space including parks and reserves
- Tree-lined streets and a connected network of walking and cycling paths
- An aged care facility to support the full lifecycle of the community
Sustainability is also central to everything we do at Onkaparinga Heights. Homes will be built to high energy efficiency standards, with a focus on green design that works with — not against — the natural environment.
