Miravale Construction Update – February 2026

The Miravale community continues to grow and take shape in Angle Vale, and there’s plenty happening around the development this month! Here’s a snapshot of what’s new and what’s coming soon:

• Frisby Road has been fully asphalted — just the line markings are left to finish.
• Stage 2 in The Palms will see asphalt laid by the end of February, with footpaths almost complete.
• Stage 1 in The Botanics has kerbing is finished, and asphalt and footpaths are also scheduled for the end of February.

Stage 10B in The Parklands is nearly ready, with topsoil and footpath works almost complete. Residents will soon be able to enjoy the finished pathways!

• The first stage of landscaping at the Curtis and Heaslip Road basin is complete, with more works to follow once stormwater issues have been resolved.
• Saverio Boulevard basin landscaping is underway and expected to be finished by April.

It’s exciting to see Miravale coming to life with new roads, pathways, and beautifully landscaped areas. These updates are all part of creating a connected, welcoming, and enjoyable community for everyone.
