New Wastewater Facility Nears Completion – Strengthening Infrastructure for Miravale

Construction on a new wastewater facility that will service Miravale in Angle Vale is now in its final stages, marking a significant milestone in the development of the community.

This collaboration between South Australian developers, including Lanser, and the State Government addresses significant infrastructure delays that were constraining the rollout of sewer services. This plant also marks a critical step toward alleviating land supply shortages in one of Adelaide’s most sought-after regions. 

Built by South Australian-owned Factor UTB and fully licensed, the facility has been carefully designed to meet the needs of the community and has created local jobs during its construction, reflecting Lanser’s commitment to contributing to both the local economy and the built environment.
