Rosa Lane Collection Construction Update

The Rosa Lane Collection at Miravale is really starting to take shape, with construction milestones progressing across all 10 homes.

All scaffolding has now been removed, giving a clear view of the impressive work completed so far. The ground floor second fix is complete, including the installation of doors, jambs, architraves, skirtings, and hardware, while stairs have been installed throughout each dwelling — bringing the homes one step closer to completion.

Hebel cladding has been finished on carports and rear porticos, with lightweight cladding set to commence soon. Inside, stairwell trimming and plasterboard works are complete, and screeding to upper-level wet areas and front porches has been finalised. Waterproofing over the screed is almost complete, ensuring these areas are ready for the next stages of construction.

Tiles have now been delivered, and tiling is well underway, giving a glimpse of the finishing touches to come. Air-conditioning cut-outs have also been completed, marking another step towards the modern comforts these homes will offer.
