Rosa Lane Collection — Construction Update

We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress for the Rosa Lane Collection at Miravale. Works on site are continuing to move forward, and these beautiful homes are really starting to take shape.

A number of key construction milestones have now been reached, including:

• All homes have now been lined and sanded, with cornices installed
• Carport framing is almost complete
• Upper roof works are nearing completion
• The basin-side façade is now almost complete!

Activity on site remains steady, with the following works progressing:

• Roof flashings are almost completed
• Internal wet-area waterproofing is underway
• Electrical cut-outs and downlight installation have commenced

Over the coming weeks, you can expect to see further visible progress across the Rosa Lane Collection, with the following activities scheduled:

• Second-fix carpentry works, including jambs, doors and skirting, are due to commence this month
• Scaffolding is planned to be removed soon
• Air-conditioning cut-outs are expected to commence shortly
• Stair installation is also scheduled for later this month
• Tiling works are expected to commence soon
• Joinery installation is currently booked for next month
