Eligibility Criteria:
- Each referral must involve two separate participants: a referrer (A) and a referee (B), from two different households.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- If a referee (B) is referred by multiple referrers, only the first valid referral received by Lanser will be eligible.
- Referrers (A) must have purchased land or a home directly from Lanser and either settled or entered into a contract with the full deposit paid prior to submitting a referral.
Qualification Requirements:
- Referees (B) must be new to Lanser’s customer database and not existing customers at the time of the referral is submitted.
- Referees (B) may be introduced through an official Lanser business partner and remain eligible, provided they are still new to Lanser’s customer database.
- Referees must enter into a contract to purchase directly from Lanser within six (6) months of the referral date.
- Referrals must be submitted before the referee has made direct contact with Lanser regarding a property purchase.
Submission and Referral Process
- Referrals must be submitted through Lanser’s official referral channels (referral form on website - https://www.lanser.com.au/offers/lanser-promotions, email to promotions@lanser.com.au, or another channel specified by Lanser).
- A referral is only valid if all required contact and identification information for both parties is provided at the time of submission.
- Lanser may require verification of referrals prior to approving eligibility.
Rewards and Payment Terms
- Referrers (A) will receive a $500 EFTPOS card for each successfully validated referee (B).
- Referees (B) will also receive a $500 EFTPOS card upon successful settlement of their purchase.
- Rewards will be issued only after both:
- The referee’s contract has reached settlement, and
- All contractual obligations of both parties have been fulfilled.
- Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and Lanser is not responsible for any tax liability arising from the receipt of a reward.
Referral Conditions
- Only one reward per referee household applies.
- This programme cannot be combined with other Lanser promotions, unless explicitly approved in writing by Lanser.
- Both the referrer’s and referee’s allotments must settle in accordance with contractual agreements for rewards to be valid.
Claiming Your Reward
- After settlement, both participants must contact Lanser via promotions@lanser.com.au or call (08) 8132 1115 to claim their EFTPOS cards.
- EFTPOS cards must be collected from Lanser’s head office within six (6) months of the most recent settlement date or they will be forfeited.
Programme Term and Modification
- This Referral Programme commences at Lanser’s discretion and will terminate on 30 June 2026.
- Lanser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
- All referrals received before a change to the programme will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect when the referral was submitted.
Privacy and Personal Information
- By participating in this programme, you consent to Lanser collecting, storing, and using personal information for administration, reward issuance, promotional communications, and marketing consistent with Lanser’s privacy policy.
Additional Conditions
- Lanser reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to decline any referral or withhold rewards for referrals it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these terms.
- Lanser reserves the right to limit the number of referrals per participant at its discretion.
- Disputes regarding eligibility or reward issuance will be resolved by Lanser at its sole discretion.
