Clover Wood Construction Update: Watching Our Community Come to Life

There's plenty happening at Clover Wood, and we're excited to share the latest progress as we move closer to welcoming our new residents into this boutique new community.

Every milestone brings us one step closer to seeing Clover Wood come to life, with works continuing across both Stages 1 and 2.

Stage 1 is looking fantastic, with major infrastructure works now complete and the finishing touches underway.

We're pleased to share that all roads and footpaths have now been completed, helping shape the streets and connections that will soon become part of everyday life for our future residents.

Upgrades to the basin area are also nearing completion, and crews are currently focused on site clean-up and final detailing.

The next exciting chapter will begin in September, with landscaping works set to commence throughout the stage and surrounding basin area. Together with feature cladding to the retaining walls, these finishing touches will enhance the entrance to Clover Wood, creating a welcoming first impression.

Construction in Stage 2 continues to advance steadily, with several key milestones already achieved.

All service installation works and retaining walls have now been completed, providing a strong foundation for the next phase of development.

Road preparation works are currently underway as the team gets ready for asphalting and concrete installation. At the same time, site clean-up and final detailing are progressing across the stage.

It's exciting to see our future neighbourhood continuing to take shape, with every step bringing our new residents closer to making Clover Wood home.
