Exciting progress continues at the Rosa Lane Collection, with several key construction milestones recently completed and more works moving ahead as we bring these homes closer to completion.
Over the past few weeks, significant progress has been made across the development. Lightweight cladding and roller doors have been installed in the carports, giving the exteriors a more defined and finished appearance. Rendering has also been completed, helping to bring the architectural design of the homes to life.
Inside the homes, tiling has now been completed, and cabinetry has been installed, adding both functionality and style to the kitchens and living spaces. Gas line installation has also been completed. These finishes are an exciting step forward as the homes begin to take on their final look and feel.
Construction teams are now focused on several important internal works. Painting is currently underway, along with the installation of sanitaryware, alfresco eaves installation and second fix electrical works. These stages bring together many of the internal systems and finishes that prepare the homes for the final detailing.
Installation of built-in robes will commence next week along with stormwater works, which will allow landscaping to commence shortly afterwards and help shape the outdoor spaces surrounding the homes.
Towards the end of the month, flooring installation is scheduled, marking another exciting step as the homes move closer to completion.
The Rosa Lane Collection continues to progress well, and we look forward to sharing further updates as these beautiful homes take their final shape.
