Miravale 2025: A Year in Review

As the year draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything we’ve achieved together at Miravale in 2025. It’s been a huge year of community events, construction progress, new homes, and exciting milestones — all made possible by the wonderful families who call Miravale home.

We kicked off the year with our Hoops and Scoops basketball clinics in partnership with the Central District Lions Basketball Club — thanks to everyone who joined us on the courts! We were also proud to sponsor the U14 Central Lions team as part of our commitment to supporting local sport.

Our Lanser Living team continued to deliver high-quality, low-maintenance homes with another successful release of the Ivy Collection at Miravale. These homes were incredibly popular — and there’s more to come in 2026, so stay tuned!

A major milestone this year was the completion, commissioning and connection of the new private sewer plant servicing Miravale. This collaborative effort between South Australian developers, including Lanser, and the State Government has helped ease infrastructure delays in the region and has ensured all allotments sold at Miravale have secure sewer connections.

This year we launched our brand new website, with our popular new interactive masterplan!

Across the year we celebrated our monthly Landscaping Legends — a big thank you to everyone who entered and congratulations to our winners! Think your garden deserves some glory? Send your photos to customercare@lanser.com.au to enter.

We continued to expand Miravale with additional land releases and the launch of two new precincts: The Palms and The Botanics. Landscaping also commenced at the Curtis and Heaslip basin. 

Our Lanser Living team also unveiled the Rosa Lane Collection — a beautiful range of modern, low-maintenance townhomes that have already proven popular with local buyers. These homes are now selling - you can learn more about them here!

Construction on the new Frisby Road roundabout continued smoothly, marking an important infrastructure upgrade that will improve connectivity for residents travelling in and out of Miravale.

Our community absolutely shone this Halloween! From adorable pumpkins and tiny superheroes to spooky ghosts and ghouls, Miravale came alive with colour, creativity and just the right amount of spooky fun. We look forward to doing it all again next year!

We were thrilled to complete and hand over The Vines Collection by Lanser Living. A warm welcome to all of our newest Miravale families!

This year we refreshed our much-loved Archer and Addison homes with a beautiful Hamptons façade — these updated designs have already become fast favourites.

2026 is shaping up to be another exciting year, with plenty more milestones on the way:

Our team is busy preparing new land releases for the new year, and we can't wait to welcome even more families to Miravale.

The roundabout and new entrance are expected to be complete by late 2025, making access to Miravale even easier.

You heard it here first — work has officially begun on our brand-new display village complete with a new Sales Centre, and we can’t wait to watch it take shape throughout 2026!

We’ll be releasing additional Lanser Living homes in the new year, including new Ivy Collection homes, new Archer and Addison designs, plus some exciting new home designs yet to be revealed! Watch this space...
