Miravale Construction Update

There’s been strong progress across Miravale this month, with several key milestones now reached as the community continues to take shape.

The Stage 11 basin in our Parklands precinct is now complete, marking an important step in delivering essential civil infrastructure for this stage of the community. This contributes to long-term water management and supports the continued growth of the broader precinct.

We’re also pleased to confirm asphalt works have now been completed in:

• The Parklands – Stage 10B
• The Botanics – Stage 1
• The Palms – Stage 1

These works bring a strong sense of completion to the streetscapes, helping define the neighbourhood character as these stages move closer to being build-ready.

A further exciting milestone is the near completion of the Rosa Lane townhomes by Lanser Living. These homes are now in their final stages of construction and will soon be ready to welcome our new residents!

With infrastructure progressing and built form now emerging across key areas, Miravale continues its transition into a well-established and connected community.
