Exciting progress continues at Virginia Grove, with key milestones reached and more to come as we move closer to delivering the final stages of this growing community.
Stage 21 Now Complete
We’re pleased to share that Stage 21 is now complete and open to the public. It’s fantastic to see this part of the community finished and ready to be enjoyed, marking another important step forward for Virginia Grove.
Stage 20B Progressing Well
Works are continuing in Stage 20B, with deep sewer construction currently underway along Juniper Boulevard. These essential infrastructure works are a key part of preparing the next stage for future residents.
Stage 20B is currently on track for completion in April 2026, and we look forward to sharing further updates as works progress.
The Final Stage Ahead
Looking ahead, we’re preparing to commence the final stage of Virginia Grove by mid-2026. This is an exciting milestone for the community, representing the culmination of years of careful planning and development.
